An ability to understand the client's requirements and then explain engineering terms in ‘everyday language' is a must for this role. But we also need a person who is happy to talk shop with technical experts. Project management is a large part of this role, so it goes without saying that you love organisation and coordination, are willing to utilise your access to the industry experts to get the project across the line.

Your role will require work across the areas of:

  • Design of small to large subdivisions
  • CAD, preferably 12d technical knowledge
  • Review of land development design concepts
  • Technical problem solving
  • Reporting
  • Project management
