Teamwork. Loyalty. Community.

Maybe you are looking for a change of pace, a change of working environment or a change in scenery?

Based in a truly idyllic part of the Waikato, this position offers the opportunity to step out of a role where you feel like you're just a cog in the wheel and become a part of a loyal, close-knit team!

Imagine getting to use your consent planning experience to contribute to a team that is down to earth, hardworking and receptive.

We are looking for someone ready to flex their problem solving and communication muscles daily! Far from the bureaucratic process, you might be familiar with, this is a chance to step into a consulting field that values efficiency and collaboration.

A few of the things we are looking for:

A natural communicator

You will become the ‘interpreter' for clients from all walks of life, with the ability to explain the planning and RMA language to people who might be unfamiliar with this field. Ensuring that the clients know and understand what is happening at each stage of the process is of paramount importance, so clear and regular communication is a must.

Attention to detail

You will be part of a team that values working hard and working efficiently. Your attention to detail at each stage of the projects will allow for a seamless and error-free process with minimal rework required.

No bull working environment

The working environment is no-frills, and no bureaucracy. What you can expect instead is humility, quality, collaboration and good old fashioned hard work. This team don't believe in just about getting the job done, they believe in going the extra mile and exceeding the client's expectations through their commitment and expertise.

Your role will require work across the areas of:

  • the consenting process
  • client enquiries and customer service
  • providing support and learning from the planning manager
  • sharing your planning expertise with others

To sum it up, this business has some exciting land development projects in the wings and a great team keen to knuckle down to make these happen. Are you the person we are looking for to help pull these projects off?

If this sounds like the next step for your career we can't wait to hear from you.

This position will remain open until filled. First in, first served.

Applications will only be accepted from candidates who can legally work in NZ and are already in NZ.
